Andy commented on the petition |This is MURDER due to racial profiling. BSL is racial discrimination that should end. Each dog should be judged by his behavior not his breed because any dog of any breed can bite. The "Humane Society" is inhumane and should have their certification revoked. The owner should sue all involved including the neighbor for $$$$$$$. Possibly there should be a criminal complaint against the neighbor for electronic spying and harassing a dog.
