As a consultant, I cultivate environments for organizational reflection & decision making through processes that encourage creative thinking & collaboration, define effective action and plan for sustainable results. My work has evolved from a grounding in business, the social sector, the arts and & university leadership in cultivating community-based partnerships. Clients include universities, school districts, nonprofits, businesses, government agencies and organizational alliances.

I also am part of a professional music duo, Duo Braziliana (http://www.duobraziliana.com). And co-direct the Cultural Arts Coalition, a networking organization for community arts practitioners.

Tell Sallie Mae: Stop the Unemployment Penalty

Sallie Mae needs to be called to account! With the government policies that allowed them so much power!! They were permitted to "grab" my loans at a time when I had negotiated a lower interest rate with my bank. This unholy relationship between the government and Sallie Mae has frozen my interest at a substantially higher rate than I should be paying today. Government assistance turned nightmare!!!
