Yeah because toe the party or you can't possibly be a republican!
I think the world would be a better place if there were more people who thought for themselves in spite of their particular affiliation. I don't agree with you at all, but I respect that you stick to your guns.
Wow. You lose an argument in one thread, on a subject entirely unrelated to that thread, and you bail. Sad. But it tells me that you know there's something wrong with your argument.
In fact if you have numbers to back up your claim that 'most' terrorist act are Muslim-based, I'll conced the entire argument.
For the record: Timothey McVeigh was not a Muslim. He *was* an American conservative. =/
This is not an argument it makes me happy to win. I wish terrorism didn't exist. It does, and that's horrible, but making people less free won't stop it. We can only move forward. Going backward will not heal these wounds.
You may be okay with losing that particular freedom, but that slope is a slippery one, and I believe in freedom too strongly to think it's okay to just let my freedoms slip by without asking why, or standing up for them.
And it's not 'only a feel up' for everyone. Not everyone feels the way you do, and everyone;s right are important, not just yours.
@Dan - Thank you for the clarification of Mr. Tutu's accomplishments, sir.
You would think he was clearly the shoe-in for Pope, yeah?
Heh. I knew what RRW meant, but can you explain RINO?
I keep seeing Rhino, and that's just silly.
