  Inmates Banned from Seeking Pen-Pals in THREE States!

  I spend a great deal of my time meeting with prisoners and crime victims. Both need healing. One way to do this for the incarcerated is to let them have ways to reach out beyond their walls back into the "real' world. Having people on the outside with whom they can connect gives prisoners an outlet for their energy, and a way to build important communication skills. Please reconsider the rule banning prisoners from seeking pen pals.
