  I wholeheartedly believe that this is a project that will aide the City of Bridgeport in gaining traction in overcoming our already over-run pet population, help to foster a more comfortable and compassionate environment and make us better agents of good will towards our four-legged friends. Your support is important to us but more critically that you understand that there is a need.
