This is an ongoing issue for us, well, an annual one. It does get easier every year but last year we did a lot of role play [as their speech is so much better] as well as use our 'borrowed from the airline' safety pamphlet, you know the one that they walk you through on every trip. Made a huge difference.

We [Brits] use fresh lemon juice [and sugar] also pureed fruit which might be a bit more on target.
