mcewen commented on the article |I do so wish we didn't have to log in to change.org I always disappear into middle earth and have to re-set the password........anyway......It is a great shame that there should be two such incidents, so different and yet so similar in the crash with authority.

mcewen commented on the article |This is an ongoing issue for us, well, an annual one. It does get easier every year but last year we did a lot of role play [as their speech is so much better] as well as use our 'borrowed from the airline' safety pamphlet, you know the one that they walk you through on every trip. Made a huge difference.
