Give Safeway employee Ryan Young his job back with back pay

If Ryan Young had not intervened to protect a woman and her unborn child, perhaps something else could have occured that would have resulted in a suit being filed against Safeway had the woman been seriously enough injured or miscarried her child as a result of her boyfriend assaulting her in the store. Not only did Mr. Young do the right thing by a woman and her child, but he most likely did the right thing by his employer as well. To suspend him, to not pay him, and to even hold his job in jeopardy is the wrong way for management at any level to respond to this. This man deserves his job back and back pay for the time he was forced to miss from work. What you have done is no way to respond to someone who had performed a courageous, selfless, and caring act. Reinstate Mr. Young now with back pay!

A female's genitals are "more beautiful to behold" after they have been surgically amputated? Really? And just how is female genital mutilation "better for her husband"? Is it better for her? No, it is not! It's all about the man/husband and not about the woman at all. It's just another way of abusing, subjugating, and depriving girls and women, treating them as inferiors and property and not even as human beings. The impact to a female's physical, emotional, and psychological health can be devestating. Why don't we just start cutting off the ends of males' penises if we're going to amputate females' genitals? Let's be fair to EVERYONE now! This poor excuse of a human being should not be allowed to practice medicine, especially in any Western country. Please, please revoke this "doctor's" credentials! "First do no harm!" Obviously, this "doctor" does not take his Hypocratic oath seriously -- if he ever even took this oath at all!

If you wouldn't want it done to you or to your child, you certainly should not do it to another human being. This kind of treatment will only cause an autistic child to become more fearful and withdrawn and will not help correct their behaviors. If anything, it will usually result in them being more resistive to behavioral corrections. The problem is that people with autism do not understand why some of their behaviors are not acceptable. They lack that ability to reason, and inducing pain will not increase their ability to understand. It's like punching holes in a wall because the wall won't pain itselt -- it just won't happen. As a parent who has had two autistic children, I know what this school has been doing is wrong and does not work. Not only that, it is cruel!

I'm speechless. So what if Zimmerman took 1 class in criminal justice -- that does not make him capable of administering justice, and neither does it authorize him to do so. And how is it justice to kill anyone who is unarmed and not threatening anyone? Yeah, walking across the street in possession of candy is a "dangerous" thing!

This young man was out to hurt no one and was not threatening anyone or carrying any weapons on him. Now his life is gone, and his family in left with the intense pain of grief resulting from his loss. They will never see, hear, or touch their loved one again this side of Heaven. And who knows what this young man could have contributed to others if he had not been murdered.

His life has been stolen from him and his loved ones. It's a crime to steal, and it's a crime to murder. So why is Zimmerman being allowed to get away with committing crime?

Shame on you people in Florida who are in the position to arrest, detain, and prosecute criminals but who have completely failed in doing your job! Start doing it NOW by trying and prosecuting George Zimmerman for his theft and murder.
