Nilambar commented on the petition |As a human rights activist working for the rights of the prisoners and prison reform I am against of any kind of death penalty or capital punishment. When there is a doubt, how can we take another person's life? Taking away the life of an individual does not ensure justice even for the victims of violation, if that is the case why should we take away someone's life, let him be imprisoned till he is proved / confirmed to be guilty.
