The Dangers of a Bigger Sex Offender Registry

all true these "laws were driven by public hysteria NOT the laws already in place if someones dangerous lock them up but for some reason the prisons are full of non violent offenders that have already done 30 yrs, and the system keeps them. None of this will change unless our law makers hear from us.
