All one has to do is read about what the Dutra Co. did in the Port of Miami and the huge law suit that ensued there (22.5 million ) to have a clear understanding about the manner in which the Dutra Co, does business. Petaluma has the chance to exercise some preventative medicine while there is still a chance to do so. An ounce of prevention for the health of our community & the environment is way less costly then a pound of cure.
