Reverse decision to try 12 y/o Cristian Fernandez as an adult

This young man had alot of misfortune early on in his life and he is still young. (12 yrs.old) I don't believe he should be tried as an adult. There is still hope and rehabilitation for him. What are we saying if we are trying children as adults. We have to look at all the circumstances.
