Matthew Davonn Weatherspoon has proven to be an individual of extreme danger to all individuals not only dogs.
For a person to be able to commit such heinous act against a dog this person has also the capability of committing the same atrocity against a human as well.
I believe Matthew Weatherspoon needs to learn from his actions and be prosecuted.
