Perhaps with the 'RIGHT' laws in place, No more children will be MURDERED, commit suicide or serve Life sentences as the 'RESULT' of Megan's Law or other MURDER Laws; America can Honor 'ALL' the children : Justin Fawcett, suicide; Dale Ellis Willis, murdered; David Mercado, suicide; Brandon, freebrandon.org. etc. etc.
Understand in a fair and just country there is 'NO' excuses for harming children , either!
It's just 'MY' point of view, right or wrong!

I asked you such questions because, I have the 'impression' that you agree with the Rep. Chris Smith and his tyrant's, who think someone like your ex friend should now retroactively, be included in the 'International Megan's Law's' policies? I'm sorry if you found my questions offensive!
But, I have yet to hear how your ex friend's particular sex crime involves sex tourism or sex trafficking, 'it is' the point of this article? Do you anticipate your ex friend going on a global SEX rampage ? Because, I can't imagine it happening from your description of her or her sexual charge. I also like to say, I wish her young victim all the best ; peace, happiness and satisfaction that 'JUSTICE' was served to avenge his pain and suffering; believe me,when or if any child is harmed, appropriate consequences must apply.
And, Justice in America is, once a person is brought to justice, punished accordingly for their criminal act; restitution, redemption and rehabilitation is supposed to be impart of the process of 'OUR' legal, penal and a Just system!
I myself, disagree with anyone who makes the wrong assumption, jumps to ridicules conclusions when making statements concerning America's sex offender issues or speaks out 'dishonestly' for political brownie points or acts out of favoritism for the anti sex offender calamity. The impression I have of Chris Smith is he 'WILL' Play politics, along with the hate mongering regime and your ex friend 'WILL' suffer even more consequences devised as another response of Megan's 'MURDER' and other consequenses government's sadistic minds can fathom!
Again, I asked you to what extent, should your ex friend be punished?Should The International Megan's law's policies apply to your ex friend? I get the point you 'hate' her for what she 'did' ? What limits should be applied to LAW, in the name of JUSTICE and NOT manipulated into a POLITICAL marketing maneuver in the name of Megan's 'MURDER' for any sexual content ?
Should your ex friend's name be along side a man who rapes 5 year old or the monsters who traffics numerous young women for Hugh profits?

I sincerely apologize for upsetting you, really! I am sorry, but, I find it very upsetting and annoying when someone uses a particular scenario to justify these outrages laws based on 'murders', for non murders. It's just my 'OPINION' Sarah, I may have over reacted towards your comment!
I am extremely frustrated, disgusted, and annoyed with my government's actions and I want people to stop and 'THINK' !
I believe in America , I believe in Justice for 'ALL' : Any, All and Every law pertaining to crime, accountability, punishment, consequences, restitution, treatment, rehabilitation and re entry ; legal sanctions and debt. paid to society policies apply to 'EVERYONE' in America and 'MUST' be case based , evidence based 'ONLY', In and of a Court of 'LAW'! Our Constitutional separation of OUR government's system guarantees and demands, checks and balance, to avoid any abuse of POWER! But, when it comes to a scenarios of a 'MURDERED' child, Megan Kanka, Jessica' Lunsford , Adam Walsh, now, Chelsea King; OUR entire system of Government's Mighty Authoritarians Leaders , loss their minds, clams up; forget , deny and demolish America's Just, Honest , constitutional and Humane policies And, their 'Oath of Office' And, allegiance to U.S. citizen's ;They 'ALL' teams up against every, all and any person with a present, past and /or future 'sex offense'; from a petty streaker to the worst psycho KILLER; With Over 700,000 citizen's to date; This entire government continually make out laddish demands; Harsh, Server , disabling and demeaning consequences for 'EVERYONE' on their Hate List! Just to appear tough on sex offenders! No Representative , No advocate, No Justice , No Common Sense, allowed ?

SARAH says, I personally know, and am sad to say I know as I wasn't made aware of the fact that I as living under the same roof as a guity convict, until she bagan treating me like crap and I found her on the registry. Children should be punished so it is acceptable to you that America label 'children' lifetime Sex Offenders/Predators and demand troubled children suffer the pains, penalties, legal and civil consequences devised in response to Megan Kanka's 'MURDER', Jessica Lunsford's 'MURDER' and/or Adam Walsh's 'MURDER' (which was never factually or legally proven to be a 'sex' related 'MURDER');
It is 'NOT' acceptable to me for this government to accept Legislation to, continually , retroactively and 'FREELY' produce, invent and concoct extremely cruel , unusual, sadistic , barbaric, life diminishing consequences, intended or Not, for the sole purpose of HATE and VENGEANCE, which can be inflicted on a massive group of citizens with ant imaginable sex related incidence because someone else committed 'MURDER' ?

Our legislators thrive on the tax payers to fund their pay checks and pensions while they secretly rob our pockets and cut back on returning our tax revenue for needed services ; while they deceive 'ALL' American citizens with useless over encompassing , wasteful, misguided, MURDER Laws, without any MEANINGFUL ACCOUNTABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY , HONESTY OR RESPECT FOR AMERICA'S CITIZENS! As over 716,000+ American citizens are forced to bare the title sex offender and millions of their families suffer the stigma and very intended HARSH destructive consequences under Megan's 'MURDER' Law, the least our legislators could do is be 'HONEST'!
