I am signing this because as a formerly-incarcerated person in the cages of California I am well aware of the abuse, and inhumanity perpetuated by those RACIST guards who believe they are superior to the people they are suppose to be "watching" over. The CULTURE of CORRECTIONS in AMERIKA is RACISTS, BARBAROUS, and SADISTIC in nature. POINT BLANK!
