Matthew commented on the article |More evidence of the difference between talk and action with regard to political will to influence events.If the political will had been there,the Dutch could have called in massive airstrikes and wiped out the Serbs.They knew that they would not be supported in such an action,and so they,and so stood aside,however unwillingly.
