Stand with S.E. Cupp Against Hustler's Misogyny

I think S.E. Cupp's politics are vile, but such blatant disrespect and sexism should not be tolerated. This is further proof that Hustler magazine caters to the lowest common denominator: of losers, by losers, for losers. We should pity these men for their obvious mental and social deficiencies that they must resort to misogyny to make a political statement.

Cannes Film Festival: Where Are The Women Directors?

Women need more representation in all forms of cultural media, as their voices need to be heard. Women are over 50% of the global population, and global culture cannot be represented accurately without more exposure to women's perspectives. If the jury selection is not transparent, audiences will not know whether or not the films selected were actually based on merit, or based simply on biased, homogenous opinions of what makes an engaging film.

Chris Anderson, curator of TED: Release video of Nick Hanauer's TED talk on inequality

I am a big fan of TED, but I really will encourage people to boycott TED talks if they refuse to publish Nick Hanauer's talk. People NEED to see this to understand the full picture regarding how our current collective economic system fails the majority, and that the people calling for systemic, progressive change aren't just a bunch of jobless/poor whiners. "Wealth for the Common Good" is critically-important to helping create a better world.
