No lawmaker, city or government employee or politician should be allowed to engage in racial profiling or intentional and deliberate abuse based on prejudice. America has FAR bigger problems than immigrants. FAR BIGGER. I believe the Police Chief should be removed from his postion as the last act of the Mayor, before he steps down.
