  The View From Tent City, U.S.A.

  I am a former homeless, helpless, drug addict myself. I have become born again and my daughter and I have the conviction of helping the homeless by making up "backpacks" with daily nessesities, and a lunch, or donated food, ect. I do not have the money to start a non profit. Do I need a liscense to do this?? Do I need a liscence to ask for donations? What would be my least out of pocket way to get started?
