Asheville commented on the article |I mean no disrespect in typing this. There are a great many things wrong with the way we are approaching the problems associated with being homeless. EVERY 10 year plan addresses homelessness as a crisis; therefore people experiencing homeless must be in CRISIS, yet none of the plans provide crisis comprehension, intervention and management consistently throughout the continuum of care.
