Michael Davis

Grew up in Brooklyn NY. Still rooted in Brookly/NYC area but have been all over the US and 9 or 10 other countries so far in my 17 year career as a Global Diversity & Inclusion professional both as a consultant with large ans small firms and internally as a Director/Chief Diversity Officer in multiple industries. My own familiy is multi-cultural and multi-racial. Change and change management are a clear passion of mine. I believe change is a constant and we can either work proactively (and hopefully constructively) to manage change... or sit back and be managed by the change as it comes. I believe proactively taking a look at current issues and future trends... while taking into account lessons from the past... is the most constructive and productive way to manage life in general on an individual basis... but also the best way to approach political and social issues (local, national or global) as well.
