Kathryn commented on the petition |Already there are 3 out of 10 homicides are due to domestic violence; we don't need to have that statistic rise because some city, such as Topeka, KS, decides to decriminalize domestic violence. We need to save lives. We don't need anyone to think that it is okay to hit and harm their intimate partner, etc. It's shocking to think that budget cuts can come down to the wire where lives are jeopardized.

I am not presently unemployed, but it would seem that the monster.com site would be wanting to include unemployed folks to its mecca in order to get America working strategy. Not everyone on monster.com is looking to transfer from one job to another. It saddens me to hear that the site is banning the unemployed, which make up a large base of folks these days due to the hardship of the present day economic times.
