That will hardly be noticed, so they only make $10 billion instead of $10.1 or $10.2 billion, wow, they will still make a profit either way! Besides in effective action is just like putting a band-aid on a broken leg! Wake-up! Hemp is the only practical solution.

U.S. Congress Waking Up To Another Oil Disaster

Oil is and shall be a need in this country for a very long time. As long as drilling is banned in various area's it will be obtained from wherever it can be found. There is no direct absolute solution to the problem as long we live in a society that requires more and more of everything and refuse to look to logical and practical alternatives like Hemp or you can just stop driving a car, using public transportation, trains, cabs, food, and electricity until then our oil based economy will seek oil wherever it can get it! Although plentiful wind and solar just are not a practical or economically justifiable alternative as those that do not have mega-bucks can not afford them. Hemp on the other hand offers jobs, fiber, food, and fuel all from the same crop and can directly replace oil as a source of energy with little to no extra cost to the consumer if widely adopted and produced, but that is a real threat to BIG-OIL. Telling them to stop means nothing and will never be heard as long as you keep purchasing their product directly or indirectly and do not seek or offer a practical alternative so wake-up!

Mayor Adrian M. Fenty of Washington, D.C. you say that your officer's will not abuse or misuse this new law, but how about you and those in power under you? It seems that someone in the D.C. Police Department has pressured my ex-wife and her husband, who just happens to be a D.C. police officer, in response to my disagreeing with your new law! They contacted me and asked me to remove pictures and names that have been on my Facebook page for 2 years, but you say that no one will misuse or abuse your new law! Right now someone in your administration is misusing and abusing their power and it has nothing to do with your new law...but you say that this new law will not be used arbitrarily against anyone...really! Your people arbitrarily misuse their power where there are no laws, so it seems you need to investigate your administration and weed out the abusers. I don't even live in D.C., but you are trying to shut me up with intimidation...I DON'T THINK SO...

Although, your way sounds more like Nazi-Germany to me...I guess you will begin to ask for their papers next...sorry you already do that! An officer can, out of the blue or because he chooses (whatever happened to probable-cause), just come up and tell me to disperse without provocation or my breaking any laws..."Heil Hitler!" I guess you are also doing this for the "father-land!"

The District is one of only two cities in the country with a large scale public sector condom distribution program, with a goal to distribute 3 million free condoms a year." Really! But, a person with more than 3 may be arrested for suspicion of prostitution! Therefore your handing out condoms is entrapment? Sound like a load of @@@@!

It does not matter what you say your reason is, nor that officers will not arbitrarily arrest people for prostitution for having more than 3 condoms...it is the fact that they can and will use this as a means to bully and/or abuse people just because they can or want too, and we little people have no recourse as the Nazi jack boots just stomp us into the ground...give the citizens and tourist of Washington, D.C. back their freedom before your overly zealous storm-troopers...I mean officers...abuse your new law turning Washington D.C. into a "Police State!" Can anyone say the rise of the 4th Reich..."Heil Hitler!" Or, should that be "Heil Fenty"..."Heil Obama!"
