  the incident should have been investigate more closely. the police officer ...if you want to call him that...was totally in the wrong. why wasn't he chasing a drug dealer or a child molester..instead of throwing a defenseless dog around and being the big man...and finally shooting the poor animal. the police officer is probably a bully in his personal life, as well. JERK!
