Kenny commented on the article |I'm not sorry that I refuse to take skin color into account. I could care as little about it as eye or hair color. Race is never an issue until someone makes a distinction. That is the essence of racism. This ARTICLE is racist for that very reason.
Yes my point is about marijuana. This is not a petition if you care to pay as much attention to the ARTICLE as you do to skin colors. derp. Yes race card, cause I'm sure the New York City cops completely ignore every single "white" person they see. I'm sure no "white" person ever gets arrested in New York City for possessing marijuana. My point is that its wrong to harass or arrest ANYONE for possessing marijuana. Skin color has nothing to do with it until a racist steps in and labels someone. And if "Latinos" and "African Americans" are the bulk of those arrested, then they aren't exactly a minority are they? derp.
Yes, ARRESTED for pot. If you care to follow facts then you'd know last year more than 800k people were ARRESTED for possessing marijuana. They come in all shapes, sizes, and colors if you'd like to profile them. lol
