Pamela commented on the article |@Pratik.. Yes, Unilever is a corporation whose job is to fatten the bottom line for their shareholders their ceo and yes the politition they are supporting. I believe the problem is that people are oblivious to how products are made and their ingredients. They do not know where to look to find out or even think they need to.
I work at WalMart and I see two kinds of shoppers those that read the label and those that just grab the cheapest stuff of the shelf. I see so many products that I know are unhealthy fly off the shelf.
Humans by nature want what we can't have and American manufacturers have realized that money can be made in filling those desires no matter what the consequenses may bring.
