  My theory: Ice melt cause by the disappearing of trees.

  
  

  The rain forests decrease force the planet encourage other lands to recreation of vegetation,felled trees release unkown gas (yet) to the atmospheare and earth worm echelon protection is damaging. Thats why we observe fast melting.
