Failing to protect means those other four officers didn't do their jobs, and as such, they are a danger to society and should not be given the authority to enforce the law tat they clearly will only enforce when they feel like it.
I like a good, honest hunt. An HONEST hunt. Killing off one endangered animal to release another animal for hunters to hunt is no better than the tale of Theodore Roosevelt's buddies who tied up a cub for him to shoot (which he refused to shoot, giving name to the toy bears, Teddy bears), It's a dishonest hunt, and anyone who takes part is a coward and too insecure of their own ability to participate in an honest hunt.
There's really no reason to use these crates.
