  Who Is Nancy-Ann DeParle?

  I hope and pray Nancy-Ann DeParle can help my sister inlaw while she is still living. Her name is Lori DeWitt and she has Trigeminal Neuralgia . She has lived in debilitating pain 24 hours a day for over 10 years. There is a place in L.A., California called The Skull Base Institute that can cure her but her insurance company Etna won't pay for it. So what good is insurance then ??? The web site is called skullbase.com . She has been accepted for the procedure but she lays in unbearable pain.
