Many town codes include the "no more than X animals" clause, but it's seldom enforced. I have to wonder how many homes in the city have more than the allowable number of pets but - because they're not advertising - those homes/owners are not being targeted. Caribou, give HHPR a chance to obtain its new place and get moved.
Do a search for "service dog, student" or "service dog, special education". You'll find thousands of links about this issue. Most state ed departments (due process hearings) and courts find in favor of the student having the dog in school, but the hassle that it takes to get to that point makes some parents give up.
I have just gotten into Twitter and think it's great, but I really appreciate it when someone gives me the URL for her/his blog post, too, when applicable. The best thing about Twitter is finding new people to follow through others' tweets.
BTW, my own TweetDeck message box often lights up red because I have a hard time staying uder 140 characters.
Nice work; never heard the original allegations, but ROCKSTAR should be commended for working with LGBT groups to fix the perceptions!
