Ron commented on the article |Michael, your story is somewhat like mine. I have a fiancee in Florida. She's a wonderful woman. We didn't know one another until 4 years ago. I found her on an online "women in prison" ad. She was the featured ad that week. Lucky me! I could write her for free! I did and our attraction was immediate. My being in Texas and her incarceration in Florida make things difficult but we manage. I visit when I can. She's been in prison for 26 years. We hope to be able to get married outside prison walls but the powers that be in Florida apparently want her to stay where she is to protect their jobs. We may ultimately be married at the prison, if need be. Thank you for your story. God bless you.
