My actions are based on my oath to defend and protect the Constitution, the Republic, and its citizens from all enemies “foreign and domestic,” which I took 45 years ago as a Nam Vet, as Carter/Reagan White House appointee, and as a federal trial/appellate sole practitioner.
My three decades of civil litigation provides a record of of a cover-up of the usurping the power granted only to Congress and the General Assembly of Virginia, Federal and Va. Code, and Rule of Law.
Query, if I as an experienced federal civil trail/appellate litigator can be targeted by the government and deprived of access to an impartial jury trial and court to stop malfeasance, what is either a young inexperience attorney or layman to do?
