Greetings.....
Rules are there for a reason, but that reason must always serve the common good. A hair policy blocking a kid from helping others (especially when it's a very, very, very important time in someone's life that receiving any help is good) is not serving the common good. Rules are not etched in stone and they are not there to be worshiped and defended. Please look at the big picture, accpet what this lady says in the petition text and move on knowing the right thing was done. Thank you for your time. Peace.
What we all do affects others and we are responsible for that. Being a huge corporation that "thinks different" but does not act different and is only concerned about money means all the "different" talk is BS, The workers and their welfare is YOUR responsibility. It's not some disconnected thing. Your cars and houses and suits and everything from your profit is directly related to those workers. Ever thought about that? So....how about caring and helping people of the world (not through slogans but through actions) >... How about that ?
Our kids won't be seeing the movie or buying the dvd unless Universal lives up to what Dr Seuss was saying in the book. It's obvious you should have environmental info on the site. It's obvious you should have info about trees. It's obvious..
Writing or signing or enforcing laws like these is a disgusting attack upon our country. Wake up and quit doing this.
Profit at what cost? Companies that engage in this type behavior need to be BOYCOTTED. Tell everyone you know about this and even if they don't sign the petition get them to not buy any tuna. Tell grocery stores about it and have them change how tuna is displayed with bad companies getting worse shelf placement. Then if you aren't Vegan, head that way, apparently we can't trust any of these corporations, greed overrules everything else. Peace.
