Police Pepper-Spray Peaceful UC Davis Students: Ask Chancellor Katehi to Resign!

The police using pepper spray on people who pose no risk to them is assault. If the police do not abide by the law, one could argue why should citizens? This would lead to a breakdown of our society. These officers should be seriously punished. And superiors should be responsible to train officers on the only conditions pepper spray could be used. Please note that individuals may have varying levels of sensitivity to the chemical ingredients of pepper spray. I think anyone sprayed should have a case to sue the police, but certainly any people with heightened levels of sensitivities should do so.
