  Tell Sallie Mae: Stop the Unemployment Penalty

  Sallie Mae's greed is unbelievable, to force unemployed people to pay extra for the crime of losing their job is disgraceful. What makes it worse is that after many years of paying citibank student loan they traded me like a pawn to Sallie Mae, I would have never chosen to use their "services",given their reputation, and now I have no choice. By the way I've noticed that they outsource their customer service, they are happy to rob the unemployed but not to create jobs for them.
