  Featured Idea: Year Up's Innovative Workforce Development

  Like it has for many of my peers, Year Up has changed my life tremendously. My wife attended the program first in 2004, thereafter, I followed along her foot steps in 2005 and matching here prestigious (Chris Mello) award for Leadership. Our two children benefit the most, seeing mommy and daddy as positive role models for our families, friends and community. Thank you Year Up for assisting my family reach our full potential!
