Make for all states , this is happening every where in all schools and even in Colleges ..yes colleges ...am single mom of three children , one who has Autism and one with ADD ..its hard to hear when you know how your kids are and then just back off, my son was happy , love going to school until he got to new school...my daughter was been told he was dumb and useless.. all this from a teacher who was a races, but the school system dont do a thing about this at all.. or even if other kids are bullying ... Parents need to take a stand because words do hurt,,
