Are You Speeding? Sure, If an Ohio Cop Says So

When I first heard about this I was shocked! So much for "innocent until proven guilty" in the state of Ohio! If I get pulled over, I expect the cop to be able to tell me what I was doing wrong. Not to tell me what he /she thinks! Even when a cop suspects that a person is driving intoxicate, they still have to have another form of proof. Whether they smell/see alcohol, give a breathalyzer and/or field sobriety test, it's still another form proof. This new law is/will open the door for corruption even farther than it already is. This will allow for more racial profiling and sexist cops! I am by no means saying that every police officer is corrupt, sexist, and/or racist, but I am saying that those types of people do exist! GOOD JOB, OHIO!!!
