Bully beats up gay student on video: Tell Ohio school district to protect LGBT students

Although I think the perpetrating student should have to further face the personal and social damages and trauma caused by his actions, I do not think that expulsion is the best response. I hope that the school and/or district will adopt appropriate measures, and give serious consideration to the appropriate implementation of any of a number of methods for restorative justice (in lieu of or in addition to mere penal justice).
