  The Racial Undertones of Baggy Pants Laws

  I believe a law like this is completely unnecessary and a waste of time. Just because jeans are worn below the waist, does not mean that the people who are wearing them are involved in gangs, its just the style of this time period. Everyone has a right to wear their clothes the way that they want to because they purchased the clothing. I think the government is just trying to find another way to put the youth down. Laws like this make the youth rebellious and then people wonder why the youth are always in trouble? People need to spend their time on something more important than watching how teens wear their jeans. Honestly, get a life and live the young people alone!
