Apologies, Justice, and the Ghosts of Genocide

There was an incident recently that gave me information that would validate an unknown Genocidal occurance. I spoke with the authorities and after a fast conversation their response was this. We can not invetigate the incident because the African American community would not allow them to investigate Black on Black crime. The Genocide was between Light or Biracial Blacks aand their Darker brothers. It is known in the Police communities that 80% of all light complexioned Blacks are from the Blood Gang and their darker brothers are majority Crips. If investigated and found to be true the Police would be guilty of having this information and not reporting it. Internal genocide within one race of people better known as Race Cleansing has not been documented in America. Although the strife between the two has always been recognized. Is there a way to have this investigated and is anyone willing to suppoort this type of investigation?
