Please google "locally grown" and the name of your town or go to http://www.localharvest.org/ to find folks in your area from whom you can purchase food, and other than that, shop at smaller local (if you have one) groceries or health food stores.Yes, it costs a bit more, but your body is paying for the "cheapness" of food with dis-ease.
