I've recently had an epiphany. I want to change the world. I want to impact the environment. I haven't gotten the full swing of things yet, but I have switched to the curly lightbulbs, I don't use plastic bags, I recycle my paper, I don't litter anything (even my cigarette butts.. I know.. bad habits die hard), and I pick up other peoples trash/cigarette butts all of the time. It's not a lot but I'm trying. There's really not an easy means of recycling anything other than paper, in the town that I live in. So I'm going to try my hardest to get more access to recycling everywhere in my town. I worked on the Obama campaign as an intern, and it completely changed my perspective on everything in life. I'm so thankful for that experience for many reasons, but the biggest one is that I came out knowing that I could make a difference. I have a lot of passion in me, and I'm putting it all to work towards the environment and helping others.
