Susan commented on the article |Let's hear it for young, free thinking students. They will change the world and finally change the face of this debate. We all know it's only a matter of time. I love what they are doing and am going to go and vote for their cause because it is in line with mine. It gives me great hope. Freedom to marry - for all - NOW.

Susan commented on the article |It' s a nice statement that that APA made, but I question the part about encouraging them to be celibate as an option. I suppose it's only one option, but should someone be denied love and the full expression of that love just because they are homosexual? Yes, change churches, but I don't really see celibacy as a realistic option.

Susan commented on the article |Thanks for educating me, Dave. I appreciate it. Let's all speak up for him drafting a stop-loss order to suspend any further discharges. Lt. Dan Choi's hearing is tomorrow (I think) and we cannot afford to lose another officer like him.

Susan commented on the article |President Truman desegregated the military with an executive order and President Obama can do the same with DADT. He promised and it's time. We are losing valuable members of the service to this ludicrous policy. It's time to get rid of it. The military will survive and thrive. Move on.

After WW!!, the military was integrated with a presidential order - done! Obama can do the same if he chooses. He said he would, he should. This policy is endangering our country by discharging people we need. It's absurd. It's overtime to end it. Get over it.
