  A paper at The Ludwig Von Mises Institute argues "the mystique of the necessity of the state might be irreparably damaged" were more people to hear of Somalis "prospering", with improving health and other development indicators.
  
  Fairly sure that UNDP and UNICEF ever thought of doing that with the numbers...
