  Ten LGBT Court Cases that Changed the Gay Rights Movement

  This is a good list, but it seems to me like there are a few cases missing! The top one being In re Marriage Cases, the case won last May 2008 winning marriage in California AND giving LGBT people the highest level of constitutional protection! 
  How did THAT get left off this list???
