Once again this is another example of punishing a victimless crime. This is a police department with too much time and our money in their hands. This horrible "war on drugs" must come to a stop. We as a free country can not keep imprisoning our people for making a choice of drugs. By the way Sugar, fat, nicotine and caffeine are destroying the health of many Americans. Are they going to arrest fast food workers and the guy who's always making the doughnuts to protect our health???????

We have something very powerful on our hands and that is the power of unlimited knowledge thanks to the Internet. No other generation before us has had it, we are the first. There's no way we will ever again be misinformed and the politicians that want to impose their believes on us that don't want to be influenced by their corruption and lies beter educate them selfs with the truth or be looking for another job were their belives are not going to cause harm to people and families...We hold our future in the tip of our fingers... Don't give up the fight... thank god almighty for President Obama, and pray that he will keep our interest in mind when he has to make tough desicions...

People living on the streets face all kinds of dangers and sometimes their worried relatives buy them and maintain cell phone service for them.
