  ALL ZOOS, CIRCUSES THAT INCLUDES ANIMALS COUNTY FAIRS,ETC. SHOULD ALL BE SHUT DOWN. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT GET THEIR KICKS FROM ABUSED ANIMALS, THIS IS BARBARIC AND SOMETHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO STOP THIS ABUSE LONG AGO!

  Protect Honesdale PA from adverse effects of shale gas drilling!

  I see natural gas drilling as nothing but a plague that has hit our state and other states. There is nothing good that is going to come of it. Some people say its bringing jobs and helping business, but with what cost. I will tell you the cost. Our water will be undrinkable and poison our wildlife, our air will cause cancers and other diseases, our beautiful forests will be destroyed, our grounds will be contaminated for generations to come. Now you tell me if it's worth jobs for a short time and businesses that will last only till the industry packs up and leaves and it will. I believe it will be short lived. And when they leave our state, they will leave behind their destruction of all that made our state a place for tourists and those like me who have loved this area all my life. And when I think of what is happening because of something that is not as important as our being good stewards of where we live, then we as a people are not the brightest and this government is the most stupid and the most greedy and I for one have nothing but contempt for them.
