I care about many important issues, including feminism, animal rights, the environment, and human rights. I recently learned about the consistent life ethic (anti-war, pro-life, anti-death penalty, sometimes pro-animal rights), and believe it to fit in with my beliefs. I still consider myself pro-choice, because I believe that every circumstance under which a woman becomes pregnant is different, so they should not all be treated the same, but women should also be educated about every choice available to make the right decision for them.
I'm a Buddhist, and became one this past year. I practice engaged (socially active) Buddhism, though I also incorporate some neo-Pagan beliefs into my practice. I'm also a student, learning more about myself and what to do with my life every day.
