  NJ's Self-Directed Rights Act Signed Into Law

  What does this mean for a 34 year old in terms of getting appropriate services.  He is laid off, has no insurance, no job, no services and lives at home after being employed for 12 years in low paying jobs.  He wants a life,, but is not able to create it on his own and we his parents have no clue where to turn.  Any ideas?
