UN was very coorperative in providing the cover it needed during this period. Last one year of the massacre, no NGO, NO media, NO outsider allowed in. UN never put pressure to Sri Lanka to protect this minority. USA, Europe and Japan were behind Sri lanka to provide military and economic support. Having send so many campaigns through Genocide.change.org - nothing has happened.
